Great!  Thanks, Noah.  I just read through the MEMBERSHIP section.  I made one small change:  "or is" to "or as" in Section 8 of MEMBERSHIP.  Does this make more sense as changed?  If not, please change it back.  Also, I don't think we need a section on proxy since we have means of attending meetings via other means.  What do others think?  My favorite part of the MEMBERSHIP section is the part about Cthulhu!  But can we leave it in the Bylaws we send to the state?  (If the examiner laughed as I did when they read it, then maybe it will help.)
