[Noisebridge-discuss] proposed membership process (pls read if you weren't at last week's meeting)

One thing we'll need to discuss is: what are the differences in responsibilities and priviledges between members and non-members of Noisebridge. Here's some differences I can think of for which we've come to consensus:
     non-members don't get keys
non-members are welcome but can only come into Noisebridge when a member invites them in
non-members can not stay inside Noisebridge when no members are present
non-members can join discussions, but can not block consensus

Mitch.
