For example, since the printer we have still prints in a way that sorta sucks, if we got a few good used network printers we could find one that works really well, and we can give away or sell the others (rather than connect them to our network).  And then we could do whatever we want with the one that prints in a sorta sucky manner.
 
As for the used toner cartridge -- it is toxic waste.  So, please, it (and any future ones we produce) should be brought to a place that accetps them for recycling rather than thrown out.  I'm pretty sure that Walgreens, Radio Shack, and Best Buy accepts them.
