[Noisebridge-discuss] floorplan and space allocation

Folks,

I've published a first cut at the space allocation at
https://www.noisebridge.net/index.php/Layout

The floorplan is obviously terribly inaccurate in many places but it's
an improvement over none. :)

Please fix my floorplan!  The page includes instructions for how to edit
the SVG using Mercurial and Inkscape.  (The only thing it's missing is
instructions for how to push to the repo, for the time being you can
mail them to me.)
