   the path is straightforward. of course i 
could just hand over receipts and avoid 
extravagant claims, but any way that works 
is okay. 
   from my side, prompt reimbursement is 
important. given the short time frame, how 
about i buy the stuff, submit the receipts, 
get repaid, then pay dues?
