forgot to cc all:

i have mixed feelings on antiquated network hardware (READ: NOT
COMPUTERS). to me, old APs and switches/hubs are useful only to people
who don't already have network infrastrcture. i see this type of
equipment being useful for a community project or donation to another
non-profit. otherwise, i am in agreement that no infrastrcture project
@ nb should utilize this type of gear.
