[Noisebridge-discuss] power inverter for Castro Street Fair?

Hi Everyone,

I'm going to have a Brain Machine tent at the Castro Street Fair this weekend. The Fair is mostly kinda boring, but there will be a part of it on 18th St. (east of Castro) that will be full of fun artists and other weirdos, called The Wonderful World of Wonderment. I'll have a tent there with lots of Brain Machines for people to chill out with in the midst of the craziness (and to add my own bit of craziness to the fray).

I'd like to have a Dream Machine in the middle of the tent. This is a low-tech (and beautiful) way of generating Alpha waves using a cardboard cylinder spinning on a record player, with a lightbulb in the middle. Thing is, it needs 110v. And there's no power in the Fair. Anyone have a power inverter and/or battery to run the inverter I can borrow this weekend? I'll be happy to pick it up, take great care of it, and return it to you.

In any case, feel free to come by on Sunday and say hey.

Thanks,
Mitch.
