[Noisebridge-discuss] Viewing spaces

Hello All,

This morning I spoke with Christian Diggs, a realtor with Tri
Commercial. I discussed the Noisebridge space needs with him as I
understand them, and I'm planning to meet with him this Thursday around
1:00pm to view a few spaces. Once I've had a look I'll send a brief
report to this list if anything seems interesting.

I've asked him to focus on spaces close to BART, figure about 4,000sf,
clean, with bathrooms, high ceilings, some cement floor. Who knows what
he'll come up with if anything but this is worth a try.

I've explained to him that I have no decision-making authority here and
he understands that. I figure I may as well put my money where my mouth
is and see what if any advantage a realtor can offer.

Anyway, report to follow.
