I have made 15 copies of the downstairs keys and placed them in an
Altoids tin in the membership cupboard at 83C.  If you need a set, go
get one, there's an explanatory note.

This is NOT intended to be a general key-handing-out thing, as the
access will be changing soon.  This is really only intended to let the
build team get in to do buildout.  If you just want to go check it out,
I don't want to discourage that but please only keep a set of keys if
you're actually doing build work there.

I now hand over all access crap to the access control team, which
consists of Dr Jesus and Rubin and possibly Joachim when he gets back
and maybe other people who should make themselves known!
