Hm.  The thought had occurred to me that ye olde C3H8 might make an
interesting choice in cooking heat source, it concerns me that we'd be
relying on something that's not coming in as a service, but rather a
replaceable consumable.  What is the general thought on how likely
this would be to become a problem should we go with it?  I must admit
that by using a tank-based fuel source, we'd have a lot more
flexibility in placing the stove, enabling us to pull it away from the
wall and possibly have a freestanding island for it.
