Mitch's segment was good.
Unfortunately the first thing you'll hear on this podcast is an
invitation to go to their website and read their terms of use
(reproduced below), which claim that you can only download it for seven
(7) days from the date of posting.
Absurd! IMHO we shouldn't contribute to this kind of nonsense, but since
we have, I decided to mirror the episode so that people can hear it in

BBC Podcast: Standard Licence Terms
By downloading the digital content file(s) ("BBC Podcast") made

3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 The BBC Podcasts are made available by the BBC on an "as is" and "as
available" basis and the BBC gives no warranty of any kind in relation
to the BBC Podcast. The BBC disclaims all implied and statutory
warranties in relation to the BBC Podcast to the maximum extent
permitted by law.
3.2 The BBC has taken reasonable care to ensure that BBC Podcasts
contain no errors, viruses or defects however the BBC does not warrant
that this is the case and you download and use a BBC Podcast at your own
discretion and risk. You are advised to take all reasonable precautions
to protect your computer from virus infection. To the maximum extent
permitted by law the BBC will not be liable for any loss or damage which
you may suffer as a result of or connected to the download or use of the

3.3 Each provision of this Clause 3 operates separately in itself and
survives independently of the others.
4. Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the BBC in
respect of all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal
fees and litigation expenses, arising out of or as a result of any
breach of the terms of this Licence or otherwise in connection with your
use of the BBC Podcast.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to
the BBC Podcast shall remain the property of the BBC or third parties.
6. Termination
6.1 The BBC may restrict, suspend or terminate any or all BBC Podcasts
or your access to the BBC Podcasts at any time at its sole discretion
without liability.
6.2 Clauses 3, 4, 5 and 7 shall survive termination of this Licence.
7. General
7.1 You may not assign, charge, sublicense or otherwise deal with your
rights or obligations in this Licence.
7.2 This Licence shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of and
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
7.3 Any failure or delay by either party in exercising its rights under
any provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of
those rights at any time now or in the future.
