Yes please, this is the main reason I avoid the current space -  
horrible mess of crap, with no clear organization and the other  
obvious gripes.  Something that is easy to clean is great.  Ideally we  
should have some sort of quarterly mass cleaning attempts, thoughts?

If you want to spend your dime on these, sure.  Noting that you'll be  
expected to be on-call to support these systems and should train folks  
on how they work for debugging, etc.  This is kinda like setting up  
interwebs in the desert, by providing such a service or installation -  
you're automatically signing up to support tech questions on how twit  
posting from iPhones is slow, etc.

+1, cable trays would be sexy - I'm a fan.  The aluminum or plastic  
yellow variety are hip, Weirdstuff stocks these.  Likely some  
coordination with Jim-n-Electrical folks would be useful to design a  
path that isn't close to power.  Thanks for the excitement and effort,
