You could look into leasing your own laser cutter machine if the numbers
work out.

Otherwise, in SF there is http://www.firesidelaserarts.com
Making real stuff isn't their normal business, so I don't know if they'll be
more affordable than Acrylic Art.

Also, there was someone here on the mailing list talking about starting up a
business for laser cutting in SF a couple months ago. Anyone know any more
on that?
