Rachel,

I'm not familar with HOPE. Last year our venue had to close each  
evening, this year the venue is a college student union so I suspect  
the hours are a bit longer but also I'd guess the formal con will end  
at some point in the evening though folks likely will continue for  
some time even less formally.

I'd suggest looking at the current BIL wiki & site, I haven't in a few  
weeks and I know it has had a lot of recent activity.
