Sigh.

We should call the landlord and get her to paint it, if we don't feel
like dealing with it ourselves.  She'll probably paint over our sticker
as well (though I suspect they'll try not to).

Thanks for the heads-up, and suggestions on avoiding this in the future
would be appreciated.
