nothing in sf proper.

closest ones are:

hdb in palo alto
al lashers in berkeley
electronics plus in san rafael
jameco, although it's slow because you have to order everything from the 
catalog (even at the counter) but as pointed out if you get the wrong 
part they'll put it back.

then it's fry's and hsc
