[Noisebridge-discuss] Another potential space.. 4500ft2 under $3000 in Soma

See below. Looks like generally the right specs. Anyone interested in  
seeing it, or are folks set on 2169 Mission?

* Same price per ft2 ($.65), but only 4500ft2, so less rent ($2925)
* 12th and Howard, so not as close to BART as 2169 Mission, but not  
unmanageable
* Presently built out as offices.. see photo in pdf. Could be  
advantage or disadvantage.
* "7 offices", "large conference room"
* Drop ceilings, height unclear..
