I've got a new job, and am looking for a new home with a better commute.

My most preferred option at this point would be something within about
a mile of the Millbrae bart/caltrain station, or failing that
different caltrain station.  I want to rent a 2-3 bedroom house or
duplex with a garage with the intent that the garage be used as a
workshop.
