  I think it's a combination of fingerpoken/mitgrabben *and*
  loneliness. Folks like to mess with the WiFi when there's a
  trip in the offing. Last time it happened, people disappearred
  for a day or two and then someone got it in minds to fiddle
  with the thing, breaking it for everyone.
