It seems this page has the details, or at least a placeholder for the details:

...but with lines like:

"there's a legal requirement that has not been fully researched yet"

and:

"Please do not edit this page without a consensus decision, it's the
official process that has been agreed on by consensus"

...it seems this should be brought up rather soon at a meeting. Or if
this page is just stale, can someone update it with the official
process?
