Fair enough.

AFAICT, they're looking to rent immediately. Does that mean that, if
we were to decide in favor, we would put down a deposit and
immediately initiate moving everything and prepping 83c for takeover
by whatever Shadowy Organization™ has promised to make it Not A
Problem™ to break our current lease? Or would we be looking at doing
both in parallel for a while?
