It was brought up last night that the East end of 2169 Mission
faces residences in a much closer proximity than what we currently
experience at 83c, and that noise issues could end up being
problematic in this regard.

Should we move into this space, I propose we consider setting up
an arrangement of a quiet zone and a not-so-quiet zone, with the
quiet zone at that East end of the building. The Mission-facing
West side seems much more noise tolerant. 

The general need for separate quiet & loud areas has already been
expressed. And there has been some discussion of placing the shop &
it's potential noise on the West side...so that would fit in with
this idea. OTOH, it looks like the beginnings of a kitchen (social
focal point) and 'DJ booth' (dance parties?) are in the East side...
so maybe an alternate kitchen location? Or should there be parties
the East side could be the chill zone?
