It sounds better in a lot of ways but I think that people were so anxious to
move that they jumped on the other space and became psychologically
committed to it to the degree that they didn't even want to look at any
other space, even if it might be better and at the same price per sq ft.  I
also have the feeling that the DJ booth was the clincher for a lot of
people.  BTW, Does the 12th street place have hot water?
