according to wikipedia, the bluetooth hid profile is really just usb hid
w/ a little wrapping goo.

i don't know what sorts of subclass bits it actually presents (since i'm
too lazy to submit another request through the tubes), but there are
required control (out) and interrupt (in) pipes (in the 1.0 version i
have laying around). from a hand-wavy perspective you really just have
to deal w/ discovery/pairing at teh bt level. the rest should look like
input devices (the thing looks like it could be buttons/joysticks/mice).
