[Noisebridge-discuss] unannounced groups of non-members at Noisebridge (esp. kids)

I don't think an anti-kid policy is necessary. However, I also don't think
we should be extremely publicly outgoing. Having one kid around (and
specifically a member's) is one thing, having 20 kids around expecting an
episode of Clifford the Big Red Hacker is totally different.
