i'm definitely for being lazy. if people volunteer to setup the servers, i
assume they're doing it because they want to. it may be useful for someone
with power over the nb funds to give options that require money. i think
everyone is under the assumption that if you want something done, you have
to do it yourself.
i would be in favor of noisebridge paying for some infrastructure stuff for
collaboration such as github (or github:fi), presently, and even ec2.
