Indeed, calling 311 last night seemed to work. I called around 3:15am
while Rubin and I were working all night.

Not sure if it was a coincidence or not, but around 6:45am, a
streetsweeper rolled down Wiese -- quite audible through the front
windows.
Taking a look at the street though, it didn't seem to make a big
difference, there's still plenty of black fat/lard goo in the gutter.
