Cisco's (gray, flat, in the closet), or Ruckus (curvy white bump hanging
on the wall infront of the storage nook)?

To me, from remote, the config on there looks ok. Perhaps it could use a
reboot? It's using power-over-Ethernet, so a disconnection and
reconnection of the cable coming out the bottom should do it.
