All,

Can anyone recommend the best method for exchanging GB pounds to US
dollars while minimizing conversion loss?  For instance, using Paypal
would be a really bad idea because you get hit with all sorts of
transaction fees in addition to a sub-par exchange rate.  Also, going
through the bank might not be wise due to their sub-par exchange
rates.  Perhaps there is a more creative way?  ;-)  The amount is
$15,000.00 GB pounds to be converted to US dollars.

According to Google:
15 000 British pounds = 23 953.5 U.S. dollars right now
