It sounds and looks awesome, and (by my foreign standards) not much
money for loads of space. That much of that sort of space would allow
us to set up a complete machine shop, and leave room for a number of
big physical projects. Robots, vehicles, robot vehicles etc.

We could partition and/or bay the space for sound isolation and
activity segregation, and a few drapes, couches, and up lighters would
quickly humanise some social space.

I'm not yet a member, but I will be and I'm as for this space as I can
be without seeing it myself. It seems to be the right sort of physical
space for all the sorts of projects that I want to work on (including
the big electronic/mechanical/material), just as NB is the right sort
of people space.
