I ordered a Dell Mini 10. You can get it out of the box with Ubuntu and 
it is over $100 cheaper if you get it without Windows. They're also 
doing $120-something off right now so it was $380 as I configured it. 
The Dell Mini 100 has a 92% keyboard (like the HP 2140) and a 768 height 
screen. As people pointed out, Dell's are pretty easy to take apart as well.
