Well, then stop being a bad actor and messing up the SNR of this list
with personal attacks like:

This part of your message was unnecessary and had the effect of
obscuring the other points you were trying to make. It is possible
to call out behaviors in ways that clarify and/or curtail said
behavior without engaging in personal attack. It takes more time
and effort, but in the end allows your argument to be more widely
heard and understood.

Personal attacks OTOH typically (almost always) end up diverting the
conversation into tangential, unproductive directions. Many will stop
reading the thread altogether, and your voice gets lost in the noise.
