Probably the most authoritative:
http://www.nasa.gov/pdf/372657main_2009LeoVisibility_Public2.pdf has
three predictions (from different people):
Nov 17, 2009  21:33 UT ~ 21:44 UT, ZHR 300±100
Nov 17, 2009  21:43 UT (may be 0.5 – 1hr later), ZHR 500
Nov 17, 2009  21‐22 UT, ZHR 130‐140

ZHR = # meteors per hour at peak. FWIW, that's a LOT; typical is more like 3-15.

Downside: we're on the wrong side of the planet for best conditions.
NASA recommends India. We're UTC-8 so that's peak @ 1pm on 17th,
unfortunately - so most of it will get blocked by the sun.

But still should be decent.
