Foo campers interested in Gov 2.0 on the international level may find
this interesting. The State Department is proposing to fund five
projects with a minimum floor of $500,000 per project and a maximum of
$2.5 million. These projects should use wikis, blogs, social
networking platforms etc to connect people, improve civil society and
