  The items starting with "We don't have a system of Rules and
  Bylaws..." and "Many of the decisions about what
  Noisebridge..." capture real concerns of mine fairly.

  My ultimate concern is that we should deal fairly with one
  another, in a manner that is ultimately rooted in mutual
  respect. Suggesting to other members that if they don't like
  X, they might like Hacker Dojo, is at best calculated to end
  discussion -- not to support a fair hearing of another
  person's point of view. I could go on; but I think my ultimate
  point is clear -- fairness in discussion is something I would
  add to Shannon's list, putting it at the top.
