[Noisebridge-discuss] Cleaning up - a solution

Plan B. If you're open to proposals:

    I have a W9 and contract here for hirable services for janitorial work.
The price will be a fixed fee for $80 per month, with Net-30 terms.

    The contract will specify cleaning to be done for Noisebridge every
Monday evening. However, I need an Appendix-A (an itemized list of work that
should be done on each visit).

     If you can get me that, and we can get a signed contract, I will
officially take care of the janitorial work. For every extra week day (per
month) that Janitorial work should be done, there will be an extra fee of
$80 (and we would have to have a new signed contract). Also, we would need
to review the contract on a regular basis (possibly yearly) with a new
signed contract.

    This can either be with Glen Jarvis, LLC or with the individual Glen
Jarvis. The choice here should be negotiated. My business usually hires out
technical services, not janitorial services. Although there isn't anything
that stops me from doing the latter, I do need to consider it...
