[Noisebridge-discuss] Cleaning up - a solution

The only difference from this and actually hiring this contract out, is that
you're hiring a noisebridge interested of a non-interested noisebridge
person. Everything else is mitigated by a contract as you would have with
any other outside cleaning agency.
