Is this meant as a way to address the "we should clean the place
better" problem? (A sort of different way of framing a rotating chores
duty perhaps?)

Or is this only meant for the other roles that Angels play? (viz.
http://events.ccc.de/congress/2009/wiki/index.php/Volunteers - e.g.
money collection, crowd control, medic, network ops, food
creation/transport, general coordination, etc.)
