Stopped by to take stock at 83c. You guys are fantastic! The cleaning
is basically done, but there's some stuff that we should put back the
way we found it; listed below in approximate order of importance.

0. rekey the locks to a new code, and make sure the landlord has a
half dozen copies.

1. reinstall sconces. There are two; one is at 83c in the cupboard
above the fridge, the other is somewhere at 2169. They'll need some
small wire nuts and someone who knows how to not kill themselves with
120vac.

2. reinstall closet door hinges upstairs.

3. remove some drywall anchors (the blue plastic ones) and patch holes
with spackle / putty, then paint.

4. paint the EMT.

5. patch drywall hole above the breaker box (in the darkroom). It's
about 6"x4" at maximum.

6. clean the walls, then paint the bikeshed.

7. re-install the PIR motion sensor and reattach it to the security
system.

8. bring the air compressor and good shop-vac over and blow the gunk out
of the baseboard wiring.

9. rent a carpet cleaner and do a pass through the upstairs. However
first decide if the carpet is a lost cause and we should just ask Ahuva
to replace it.

The following tools will be useful in this regard:
 - 6' A-frame ladder
 - paint trays and trim rollers and a few brushes
 - needlenose pliers, wire cutters, screwdriver set
 - shop-vac
 - air compressor
