   seems to me we should continue to address 
rat access to the place. last i looked there 
are still a few holes that should be filled. 
the east and the south stairwells are likely 
the most difficult to protect. 
   most important concern for me overall is 
to ensure continuing work to improve the 
space--continue the tasks of renovation in 
perpetuity, kind of like painting the golden 
gate bridge.
