I'd be interested, though not in drinking any.

It'd also be nice if I could borrow the use of the canisters to
force-carbonate some soda for myself. (And pay for the CO2 of course.)

Kinda curious about the process, and would rather have the opportunity to
play with it first than have to pay $200-300 on equipment before knowing if
I'd dig it.
