Welcome to Robot Season!
RoboGames (www.robogames.net <http://www.robogames.net>) is coming up
April 23-25th at the San Mateo County Expo Center, and we need YOU! We
have a record number of robots this year, a great show, and a wide
variety of tasks to suit every person. Even if you can't make it this
year, send this note to people you know who would be interested!
Here is a complete list of positions and times we need covered by
volunteers for RoboGames. Ideally, a volunteer would be able to work
two shifts. Shifts are generally 11:30-3:45 and 3:30-7:15 during show
days, for set up and tear down, the shifts are 9am-5pm, with lunch,
snacks and massive, massive appreciation included. All volunteers get
tickets for the show on days they are not working, T shirts (if
available) and are invited to the Builder's Party Friday, April 23rd at
the venue at 7pm.
Please call or email to set up your shifts. Also give an indication of
which job you would be most interested in, along with two other choices.
