Well, she clearly has psychiatric issues. Could be some kind of
Tourette's, bizarre stream of consciousness. Highly articulate tho.

Her story is that her sister has been named as her conservator?
guardian? and will not send her money directly. She wants to the money
to go back to Philadelphia.

It seems extremely dodgy to me. She has a brand-new laptop.
