Looks like manufacture-specific coding on the package. Can you make
out a manufacturer?

Judging by the package (SOD123?), it's almost certainly a power diode,
and likely a Schottky or less likely a Zener clamp. (A reference diode
would be in a smaller package like a SO23). Is it directly connected
to any of the power inputs? (Figure out the connector pinouts and
check with a continuity meter). Did it fail open or closed?  If this
is the only thing that's blown, it's pretty straightforward to
replace, but zener diodes often fail closed (shorted) in which case
you might have other problems (which you might anyway).

For forensic purposes, what did you do to it?
