It's not that it's secret.  It's that NB is entirely run by volunteers,
and people who are willing to do things tend to do lots of things and be
swamped.  Given limited time, people prioritize, and sorting out who has
paid and who has not, and contacting them about it, is getting higher
priority than reporting our status in detail.  I personally agree with
this prioritization.  Also, it's the holidays and Kelly, specifically,
is out of town.

That said, I am so happy to see that you are enthusiastic about our
finances and I strongly encourage you to talk to Kelly and become one of
the treasurer's minions to help out with it.  So far nobody has set up,
as you suggest, a wiki page, or other method to push information out to
the members.  That would be an awesome thing to have and I hope you make it.
