Agreed, Noisebridge is spelled with at most one capital letter.

I didn't make the picture, though, and it's beyond my photoshop skills
to fix this one (filling in the damaged area behind B).  Bluehat, you
out there?  Can you fix?

Or, anybdy else got a better banner to upload?
