[Noisebridge-discuss] Meeting notes are up

I'm going to pretend that whole privacy tangent didn't just happen and
reiterate that we as a group keep publicly archived notes of what
happens in our meetings. One of the primary functions of those
meetings is to induct new members. This part often does not get
sufficiently well documented.

Hey I have an idea. This sounds like another one of those things that
would improve if we elected a new secretary and had them take notes
every week or get a proxy to do it when they can't make it. That way,
every week there would be someone taking notes who was well informed
as to what should and should not go into them.

What's that you say? We're having elections in January? Well that's
lovely! We should start drumming up candidates for the secretary
position.
