Ryan's extreme example aside i don't think we should rule out traps that
kill. sure, it'd be nice to capture and release but there's a very likely
possibility that we're going to face a point where this just isn't effective
enough and that unfortunately some little disease spreading animals are
going to have to meet their maker. capture and release traps + hole plugging
+ smell/sound deterrents + cleanliness first, killing traps if all else
fails.
