[Noisebridge-discuss] Noisebridge Executive Director

A few more questions then:

Has Mitch stated yet whether he would or would not be able to
generally fulfill this responsibility?

Given the ability to communicate no matter where we are at on the
globe, is this really a deal-breaker? Presence can be attained any
number of ways. Is telepresence acceptable? I have a hard time with
the idea an actual Noisebridge member would insist on physical
presence, and I know Mitch is generally great with scheduled
conference calls.

For a hypothetical, how many BOD meetings would someone have to
completely miss before they should no longer stay on as Executive
Director?
