Hello Arduino enthusiasts,

It seems about time to have another Club Arduino meeting. I'd like to
offer the mezzanine at The Shipyard again, and I'd like to propose
Sunday, January 16, 1-4PM.

I'd like some feedback on format options:

1) 2-3 presentations, such as a novel use of Arduino, interesting
details of a project, or deeper details on some feature we may not all
be familiar with.

2) Building session, where people work on projects, either individually
or in groups. The goal is twofold: to provide a supportive environment
for beginners, and to shame those of us who too easily put things off to
  do something.

3) Informal sharing, discussing, asking and answering of questions, and
exchanging ideas, tips, and resources.


The format of the last meeting was of informal sharing, and although
very informative and enjoyable I think we need a little more focus to
keep the interest level up.

Perhaps we can rotate among different formats.

I encourage you to share your feedback with the entire list, including
ideas for other formats.

If you are interested in making a presentation, please contact me. If
you are not sure whether your topic is one that might interest others,
please ask the list.

Have I forgotten anything else?

Arduino revision 0018 is due out shortly, and I think the next revision
will be the long awaited version 1. If you have any strong feelings
about what should be included, you might want to join the Arduino
developers mailing list. I warn you, the list is active, and all of it
is very interesting.
